Dr Steven Dodsworth is a UK national with extensive experience of the life science and digital health sectors. He trained as a molecular immunologist before joining the Sanger institute at the inception of the Human Genome Project in the early 90s, subsequently taking on senior technical and commercial roles in a startup turned global company prior to its $90M acquisition.
Steven went on to deliver one of Europe’s first digital health strategies in 2009 working for an agency of the Scottish Government, successfully lobbying for the inclusion of digital health into the national life science strategy before co-founding one of Europe’s first digital health consultancies in 2013. In this time he built an extensive network across Europe and beyond which has continued with the foundation of the strategic consultancy DHV-NET in 2022 that specialises in the digital health and the life science sectors.
Having worked with a range of companies and associates across different geographies, Steven has an extensive international network and working knowledge of healthcare and the life science in many territories. He specialises in the market dynamics of digital health and Go To Market Strategy having over a decade’s experience in helping digital health companies with international market entry.
